How quickly can you replace my hot water system?+
Zac will give you a time when you call. If you've got no hot water at all, say so and we'll do our best to get to you first.
Should I repair it or replace it?+
It depends on what's failed and how old it is. A leaking tank nearly always means replacing it. A thermostat, element or valve is often a repair. We'll tell you straight, and if a repair will do the job, that's what we'll quote.
Gas, electric, continuous flow or heat pump — which is best?+
It comes down to your home, whether you've got gas, how many people are showering and what you want to spend upfront versus on running costs. Tell us your setup and we'll recommend the one that suits, not the most expensive one.
Are there rebates for heat pumps?+
NSW has incentives for some heat pump upgrades, and whether you qualify depends on your home and the system. Ask Zac and he'll check what applies before you commit.
